"How many times a week should we post?" is the question we hear most. The honest answer: as often as you can keep up with good posts, every single week.
Consistency beats volume
An account that posts three times a week for a year grows more than one that posts every day for a month and then goes quiet. Pick a rhythm you can keep even in your busiest month.
A rhythm that works for most businesses
- 3 to 4 feed posts or reels a week, planned in advance
- Stories most days: behind the scenes, quick updates, polls
- At least one reel a week, because reels reach people who do not follow you yet
Mix your content
Plan around a few content pillars so you never run out of ideas:
- Show the work: results, before and after, projects
- Teach: tips and answers to common questions
- Trust: your team, your process, customer stories (with permission)
- Offers: new services, seasonal offers, how to book
Check what works, then do more of it
Once a month, look at Insights: which posts were saved, shared or brought messages? Make more of those, and drop formats that get nothing.
